Workshop Description:

Join Alice in an intimate workshop where you'll learn the centuries-old lost-wax casting technique and learn how to make your own personal talisman for yourself, a friend, a lover : a sterling silver ring.  Throughout the workshop, Alice will share her expertise and provide insights into her own artistic journey, ensuring both beginners and experienced creators feel welcomed and guided.

The workshop begins with an introduction to the tools, materials, and techniques used in lost-wax jewellery making. Alice will guide you through the process of sculpting your unique design in wax, allowing for moments of serendipity and creativity to express your rings' final form. With Alice's expert instruction, you'll enjoy creating your design and learn the nuances of sculpting and moulding with wax. 

Once you're satisfied with your wax prototype, Alice will arrange for your piece to be cast in sterling silver. Approximately 2-3 weeks after the workshop, you'll be able to collect your piece proudly wear, showcase  or gift your finished jewellery!
